The property has a cabin-style feel and appears to have originally been configured as multiple units, possibly two or even four units. The interior currently has a twin-home style layout. Sellers purchased the property in 2019 with plans to remodel and use it as a personal cabin retreat; however, circumstances changed and they have decided to sell before completing the project. Remodel work was started but remains incomplete. Some walls are still opened up, including a wall that previously separated portions of the property into separate units. There are four bathrooms, though one is currently under construction. Property is being sold strictly as-is, including furnishings, personal property, and miscellaneous items currently on site. Seller may remove some, all, or none of the personal property, construction materials, debris, boats, trailers, or other items prior to closing. Listing reflects wall heaters; however, sellers state the wall heaters are not currently operational because the propane tank was removed.
