Based in Provo, Utah, Damon Luke brings over 20 years of experience in sales, commercial real estate, and executive leadership to his role as President and Real Estate Advisor at OnX Realty. He, along with the investment team, closed nearly $500 million in commercial property prior to launching OnX Realty with his wife and broker, Summer Luke.

Since October 2022, Damon has led OnX Realty with a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional fiduciary service in both residential and commercial sectors. Under his leadership, OnX has built a reputation for navigating complex transactions and unmatched client service—contributing to the brokerage’s impressive track record of over $100M in residential closings.

Before joining OnX, Damon's career spanned leadership roles across diverse industries, giving him a broad and strategic perspective. Damon earned his Bachelor of General Studies from Brigham Young University, grounding his professional journey in a solid educational foundation
